Environmental, Social and Governance Committee

The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Foods Limited (the “Company”) resolved to establish the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (the “ESG Committee”) on 1 June 2021.

The objective of the ESG Committee is to assist the Board in directing and supervising the development and implementation of environmental, social and governance work in the Company and its subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
